• Legal
• Finance
• Fund development and fundraising
• Board governance
• Healthcare
• Business Ownership/Management

What Board Members Do

Board members play a vital role in guiding the Foundation’s direction and ensuring strong governance.

This includes:

• Providing strategic oversight
• Supporting fundraising and donor engagement
• Acting as ambassadors within the community
• Participating in board and committee meetings
